Pattern and volume trend are solid. Under the hood, it’s not exactly stellar with nearly 5% revenue growth (year over year.) Though there is 60% earnings growth and more than 40% return on equity, so it’s well run.

What this mostly has is a solid looking industry group of homebuilders. Stick to a tight stop. Pull in some profits at 20%.
