Dominant buying from institutional grade investors, aka Accumulation, Tuesday looks good – though still pales to the even heavier selling we’ve seen the past month.

With the major indexes trading under the support levels of their 50-day moving averages we’d like to see them move convincingly higher before shifting our Sell Bias.
